I went to Café Oliv at about 5 p.m today to have pork ribs. Here are some pictures:
( Full Slab----$25.90 )The full slab has about 7 sticks of ribs , well not the full rack .
Seems to be tender and succulent.
The presentation, as seen in the picture is nice.
Overall, this is worth the money.
This restaurant seems to be in the top 10 in Singapore for Pork Ribs.
I would definitely come another day, and try the lamb shank.
